Alisa Premier Cruise
Alisa Premier Cruise, launched in 2017, is one of Halong Bay's luxury cruises. It's a traditional-styled wooden junk over four decks with 22 cabins, each with a private balcony and bay views. Standout features are a four-season swimming pool on the bow (deck 1, up to 10 guests), a full-deck sundeck with sun loungers, a Skybar, an indoor bar + restaurant and a massage room. It runs the classic core route - Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave and Titop Island.
Scored by our Halong cruise team, who spend their season on these waters. We rate each boat the way a returning guest would - cabins, dining, crew, itinerary and value - not the way a listing does.
Every cabin here opens onto its own balcony and the four-season pool on the bow genuinely earns its keep in warm weather, which makes the entry Junior Balcony feel like real value at roughly $160 a head. Just know the jacuzzi tubs only begin at Senior grade, so the base cabin is a plain 22m2 double, and with 22 cabins running the classic Sung Sot and Titop route you are on the busiest water in the bay. There is no elevator either, so four decks means stairs.
