Scarlet Pearl Cruise
A 5-star luxury yacht on Lan Ha Bay with a sleek four-deck design that tapers toward the top. The basement (~900m²) houses the kitchen and the Akoya Spa; the top deck adds a sky bar, an outdoor jacuzzi and a library/movie room. Around 23 cabins range from the 28m² Silver Pearl to the 150m² President Suite with a private terrace and jacuzzi.
Scored by our Halong cruise team, who spend their season on these waters. We rate each boat the way a returning guest would - cabins, dining, crew, itinerary and value - not the way a listing does.
The real headline here is the value at the entry Silver Pearl cabin: a genuine five-star, all-balcony yacht on the quieter Lan Ha route from around $133 a head, with a sky bar and outdoor jacuzzi you would expect to pay far more for. The suites scale up beautifully, right up to the 150m2 President with its own terrace jacuzzi. Just know this is a full-size boat at roughly 23 cabins, so it trades a little intimacy for its facilities, and the four decks are all stairs with no lift or pool aboard.

The entry Silver Pearl cabin is a genuine promo rate from about $133pp on a 4-deck luxury yacht with a sky bar, an outdoor jacuzzi and the Akoya Spa. The higher Golden, Onyx and President suites cost much more - but the base cabin is real 5-star value on the quiet Lan Ha route
Yes - the Family Connecting joins two Silver Pearl cabins (56m², up to 4) and one side has a partially obstructed balcony that's safer for small children. There's also a library and movie room, and a Silver Triple for three
