Launched in 2020, Rosy Cruise is a mid-range boat on Lan Ha Bay, built in a contemporary style with a local touch. Five decks and 22 cabins with modern interiors, bathtubs and private balconies, plus a seasonal jacuzzi at the bow (deck 3), a spa (deck 4) and a sky-bar sundeck. It runs the Tra Bau + Dark & Bright Cave route (adding Viet Hai Village + Ba Trai Dao on the 3-day trip).

Rosy is a genuinely comfortable mid-range pick for Lan Ha Bay: launched in 2020, every one of its 22 cabins has a private balcony and a marble bathtub, and it carries the widest family range here, including 56m2 connecting rooms that sleep four. The bay itself is quieter and more sheltered than the Halong core, and at roughly $156 a guest the kayaking, bamboo sampan and in-cabin Wi-Fi are all included. Just know it is a five-deck boat with stairs only and no lift, the jacuzzi is seasonal and the spa costs extra, and until we confirm with the operator the rates here are indicative.

- Pickup at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel ~08:00-08:30 (add-on), ~2.5h to Halong; at Tuan Chau Port No.26 ~11:30-11:45, check-in + tender to Rosy; welcome drink + briefing; lunch cruising
- Afternoon: anchor in Lan Ha Bay, swim + kayak at the Tra Bau Area; sundeck; Happy Hour (buy 2 get 1) at sunset; cooking class (spring rolls)
- Evening: set-menu dinner, then cards/chess, squid fishing or the panoramic bar
