Red Dragon Junk is a boutique steel cruise inspired by the original wooden Red Dragon, keeping its iconic batwing sail silhouette while upgrading comfort and privacy. With just 8 elegant cabins, it's an intimate small boat sailing the quieter corners of Bai Tu Long Bay - off the beaten path, closer to untouched nature. Onboard there's a mineral seawater pool, a wellness corner and spa treatments; boarding is via the Indochina Junk lounge and an electric cart to the port.

The batwing-sail silhouette turns heads, and the cabins are genuinely roomy at 26.5 to 27m2, each with a sea-view bathtub and, on the Balcony grade, an open-air tub on your own private terrace. A mineral seawater pool and wellness corner on a boat this small are a real treat, and Bai Tu Long stays blissfully quiet next to the main channel. Just know it runs only two cabin types and tops out around sixteen guests, so any group larger than a couple plus one child has to split across rooms.

Hanoi - Halong International Port - Bai Tu Long Bay - Cong Dam
- Shuttle pickup in the Old Quarter ~08:20-08:45 (add-on), transfer to the Indochina Junk lounge, then electric cart to the port; welcome drink + briefing, board ~11:50-12:15
- Seafood lunch cruising into Bai Tu Long Bay; afternoon kayak (weather permitting) or tender the tranquil Cong Dam area and swim, then relax in the mineral seawater pool / wellness corner or with a spa treatment
- Seasonal: sunset cruising to the overnight anchorage (Apr-Sep) or a Vietnamese cooking class (Oct-Mar)
- Evening: romantic dinner, then squid fishing or stargazing on deck
Cap La - Thien Canh Son Cave - Halong International Port - Hanoi
- Sunrise tai chi on the sundeck, breakfast onboard
- Thien Canh Son Cave visit, then kayak the serene Cong Do area
